Hello! I'm Joey, an Online Coach based in Brighton & Hove, helping individuals look and (more importantly) feel their best.
I am a big believer in exercising and eating better for much, much more than just aesthetics. Of course, looking your best is one of the many benefits of training and good nutrition, but there is so much more than the number on the scales that will get you hooked!
I understand the high demands of everyday life, and how challenging it can be fitting in healthy eating and exercise around the chaos of every day -
My mission is to provide you with the highest quality Online Coaching service to transform both your body and mind to achieve long-term success.

HOW DOES THE WWJ
PROGRAMME WORK?
On-Boarding
Upon sign up, we will book in our FaceTime Onboarding call. This is where we will go through everything from your lifestyle, to nutrition, your bespoke training plan all the way through to your daily habits.
We will use this time to map out your new programme and most importantly, this is our chance to talk openly about how exactly we will move forward together to best achieve the results you desire!
Tailored Workouts
Exactly as I would with my in-person clients, I will programme your workouts, ensuring they are tailored to meet your goals.
Some of my clients prefer to attend classes, in which case we schedule the classes in the accountability app to ensure you are showing up!
Whether your aim is to lose body fat, get stronger, tone up, boost confidence or get you race ready- whatever it is, I will be there every step of the way to achieve your goals.
Weekly check-ins & Accountability
Having someone to hold you accountable for your movement, nutrition and healthy habits makes ALL the difference to success.
The WWJ app is a one-stop-shop to track your progress across the board. Your habit trackers, (e.g. step target/sleep/water intake etc.), weekly progress photos, weigh-ins, nutrition targets, and anything else we discuss, will be scheduled like a checklist to keep you accountable daily.
I also send across a weekly check-in form, not only keep you on track, but it also gives you the opportunity to raise challenges, or indeed raise your WINS. Its a weekly opportunity to tweak your plan accordingly to ensure progress is consistently being made.
Finally, I am available for support & questions 24/7.

The overall goal is to help you establish lifelong healthy habits and achieve long-term success. Ultimately I am here to teach you the skills you need to maintain a healthy lifestyle beyond your training sessions!
I will show up for you, even on the days when you don’t feel like working out, and provide you with a plan you need to stay accountable and on track :)
